Feedback App Template – Sketch Freebie

Several times when I worked in a team of developers, I encountered a problem with feedbacks. A lot of teams using Google Forms for this purposes, but it isn’t so comfortable as it supposed to be. Usually, PM’s had to create forms for an each team member, then spread the links inside their teams. When a team has a lot of members it often turns to a complete mess.
